Team evaluation and personal reflection

In this coursework, to develop and create the trend-book for ASOS Womenswear A/W 19/20, and our first presentation, individual people from the same class has worked as a team. it was a challenge for us working as a team since everyone was coming from different backgrounds, but everyone gave their hundred percent as they could, coming out with different ideas altogether.

Our work was divided into smaller tasks for the presentation and for the trendbook, so that we could work more efficiently.

Research and work were done and discussed as a group to find and solve any issues. That way we decided what we should or should not include in our work. Everyone’s word was valued, heard and taken under consideration.

Me being the team leader, I continuously tried to perform and participate at my level best and be as effective and efficient as possible. I continuously tried my best to listen to everyone and research our objectives together as a team and asked for their feedback to help myself improve and grow as a person in both a personal and a professional level and become even better in the upcoming times.

If I was to change one thing, me being a team leader I would be more considering and selective in choosing the team members and help myself grow more as a person and improve myself as well. to specifically for this task i could do a way more better if i did not have to look after almost every smaller details of the trendbook. as we are flawed as a human being, and thats how we learn . from my personal evaluation i am moderately satisfied with my work, i could do better with trend silhouettes illustrating them nicely , but on an overall outcome i am quite content even though i have few shortcoming.
